• 2 weeks notice suggested for custom orders. It is never too soon to book!

• We are currently not accepting custom orders in person without an appointment. Our booking team works remotely. 

• ONCE WE CONFIRM THE DETAILS OF THE ORDER, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL. The order is considered “booked” upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of the total value of the order. The final payment is due by the pickup date.
