are you nut free/allergy free?

No. We are not a nut free facility. We offer products that do not include nuts as a direct ingredient, however please be advised that nut traces may be present due to the use of nuts in our facility. Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with other common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, or wheat.​

Yes, we offer vegan cake pops, cakes, and cupcakes by special order.

when can i pop in and shop?

Every Thursday - Saturday from 9:30am-5pm, plus holidays!

what is readily available?

We offer assorted cake pops, cakes, cookies, treats, and seasonal specials. We suggest coming early so that you can choose from a wider selection! Follow us on social media for weekly specials, trends, & photos.

can i preorder items from the retail shop?

Yes! Shop our most POPular treats through our online store or call us.

Preorders are available for pickup Tuesday - Saturday from 10am-5pm.

How long will it take for my treats to arrive?

Orders placed by Monday at noon will be freshly prepared and delivered by Friday. You will receive tracking notifications via email.

What is the shelf life of the pops once received?

We suggest eating your cake pops when they arrive! If you choose to enjoy your pops at a later date, you can refrigerate them in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. To serve pops from the fridge, simply allow them to sit for 1 hour to come to room temperature. Avoid heat, damp areas, and direct sunlight for long periods of time.

How are the shipped pops packaged?

Pops will be individually wrapped and packed in a window gift box. 

​

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! Include your message at checkout and we will make sure to add it to your package.

do you offer custom products?

Yes. We offer custom cake pops, dessert packages in your color scheme of choice, buttercream cakes, cupcakes, and assorted chocolate covered treats.

How much notice is needed for a custom order?

We suggest around 2 weeks notice for custom orders, but it depends on the level of detail and the quantity. It is never too soon to book! Our tiny yet mighty team bakes all of our delicious products from scratch and designs everything by hand, so availability is not guaranteed. We do not take many custom orders on holiday weeks due to the holiday rush.

How do you package the pops?

Cake pop stand (holds 6) - $2 each

Cake pop stand (holds 12) - $3 each

Standard box (Pops lay flat. Best if you have your own pop stand.) - free

Standard box (Pops sit with stick up. Best for plate display.) - free

Individually wrapped - $6 per dozen

if i place a custom order, when can i pick it up?

Tuesday - Saturday from 9:30am-5pm.

Sunday pickup is usually available upon request. Please confirm with us.

do you deliver?

No. Pickup is available at our shop. 321 5th Avenue, Pelham NY 10803.

How should I store my order? 

Cake pops & chocolate covered treats can be stored in a cool, dry place for up to 5 days. Avoid heat, damp areas, and direct sunlight for long periods of time. If you plan on enjoying the treats at a later date, you can refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container. To serve from the fridge, simply allow the treats to sit for at least 1 hour to come to room temperature.

 

Buttercream cakes and cupcakes should be refrigerated if they will not be consumed on the same day. To serve from the fridge, simply allow the cake or cupcakes to sit for at least 1 hour to come to room temperature.
